Ready to take your springboard skills to the next level? These dynamic exercises will increase your heart rate, strengthening your inner core muscles and guarantee you will feel the burn! We will also explore joint range of motion and finish off with a relaxing cool down sequence.

Balance
What to expect?
The importance of finding a good balance between strength and mobility increases as we get older. Training balance is also essential in order to prevent falls. This class focuses on all of these, while modifying appropriately for conditions such as osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.
