Our core classes are designed to suit your fitness level, with modifications for each exercise.

Body

Beginner / Intermediate 

What to expect?

This is the perfect class to have you walking out of the studio feeling freer and stronger within your body.  Perfect for combating the “desk slump”, this class addresses tight muscles and joints, while activating important muscle groups to improve posture.

Back2Back Studio Class BODY, for beginners to intermediate

Burn

 Intermediate / Advanced 

What to expect?

Ready to take your springboard skills to the next level? These dynamic exercises will increase your heart rate, strengthening your inner core muscles and guarantee you will feel the burn!  We will also explore joint range of motion and finish off with a relaxing cool down sequence.

Balance

What to expect?

The importance of finding a good balance between strength and mobility increases as we get older.  Training balance is also essential in order to prevent falls. This class focuses on all of these, while modifying appropriately for conditions such as osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.

What to expect?

This class is designed to help you reset and recharge for the week ahead. Come and enjoy a restorative 50 minute class which combines stretch, mobility, and breathwork.



 

This session is all about helping you find calm and focus—leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever the week brings.

Class highlights:

✅  A perfect blend of mindful movement and relaxation


✅  Breathwork designed to down-regulate the nervous system and help you find a sense of calm
✅  Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with the lights low and chilled beats

✅  Stretches are appropriate for all levels of flexibility
