Freeze your membership
Fill out the details below to freeze your membership. You can freeze your membership for up to 6 weeks per year. Please note that a minimum of 1 week's notice is required before the freeze takes effect.

Select a start date before your renewal day to avoid unnecessary charges during your leave.

Your unfreeze date will become your new renewal date, and your first payment after the freeze will be adjusted accordingly.
