Conditions of Entry

  1. Minimum age requirement:

    • Clients must be 16 years or older to attend classes.

  2. Footwear Policy:

    • For hygiene purposes, socks/grip socks must be worn at all times during your class. These can be purchased from reception for $20.

  3. Attire Requirements:

    • Clothing with offensive prints or designs, or anything that may pose a danger to yourself is prohibited

  4. Arrival and Timeliness:

    • To minimise disruption to our clients and for your own safety, the curtain will be drawn closed at the top of the stairs 5-10 minutes past the start time of your class, and entry will be denied.

  5. Early Departure:

    • Clients are strongly discouraged from departing classes prior to their scheduled conclusion time to avoid disruption to other students.

  6. Behavioural Expectations:

    • We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or eject any persons from the studio who behave in an anti-social, intoxicated, disorderly, aggressive, offensive, or dangerous manner, posing a threat to the security of our staff and clients.

  7. Mobile Phones:

    • For the enjoyment of all participants, please silence mobile phones and refrain from taking calls/texting during the class.

  8. Smoking Policy:

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the front of the premises at all times.

Pre/Post Natal Policy

  1. Pregnancy Duration Limitation: Pregnant clients are welcome to attend classes until they reach 16 weeks gestation. Beyond this point, we recommend seeking specialised prenatal exercise programs tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy.

  2. Health Professional Clearance: Prior to participating in any Pilates classes, pregnant clients are required to obtain clearance from a qualified health professional, such as a General Practitioner (GP) or obstetrician. This clearance ensures that the client's healthcare provider is aware of their intention to engage in exercise and can provide guidance specific to their individual health circumstances.

  3. Instructor Awareness: Pregnant clients are advised to inform their instructor of their pregnancy status and any relevant health considerations before participating in class. This allows our instructors to provide modifications and adjustments as needed to accommodate the client's changing body and ensure a safe workout experience.

  4. Personal Responsibility: While our instructors strive to provide a safe and supportive environment, pregnant clients are ultimately responsible for monitoring their own comfort and safety during Pilates sessions. Clients should refrain from any movements or exercises that feel uncomfortable or cause pain, and should seek guidance from their healthcare provider if they have any doubts or concerns.

  5. Continued Communication: Throughout the duration of their pregnancy, clients are encouraged to maintain open communication with both their healthcare provider and their Pilates instructor regarding their exercise routine. This ensures that any changes in health status or physical condition can be promptly addressed and accommodated.

Foundation Memberships

  • Foundation Membership rates remain applicable for the duration of an uninterrupted membership. "Uninterrupted membership" denotes a continual weekly payment to sustain the membership without intervals, unless a membership suspension is permitted by management.

  • Should a Foundation Member terminate their membership and subsequently seek to rejoin at a later time, they forfeit eligibility for the promotional foundation member rate. Instead, the standard membership rate shall apply.

Weekly Memberships

  • Weekly memberships require a commitment of a minimum of six weeks of payments (or a minimum of two weeks for the 1-class membership). Payments are processed weekly through Momence’s secure payment system, Stripe, using the credit card provided. Following the initial six-week period, the membership contract will automatically renew weekly, with payments debited accordingly.

  • Unused classes will be converted into class credits at the end of each renewal cycle, remaining valid for the subsequent renewal cycle (7 days). After this period, any remaining credits will expire. These credits are exclusively redeemable for Back2Back Studio's springboard classes.

  • Clients have the option to attend additional sessions beyond those included in the Weekly Membership. However, it is their responsibility not to exceed the maximum number of services unless they choose to pay for additional classes. Any additional classes attended will be charged automatically at the time of the next renewal, at the same per-class (pro-rata) rate as the membership.

  • If you wish to change your membership option, whether upgrading or downgrading, please reach out to hello@back2backstudio.com.au.

Starter Pass

  • Starter Pass has a 14 day expiry which triggers from the first class booking.

  • This offer mus tbe redeemed within 1 month from the purchase date.
